Summary:
His design-and-build, turnkey project sees Combi responsible for the complete package, integrating planning, technical design, procurement and construction through to final handover. The scheme includes a basement formed with a steel sheet-pile cofferdam, a steel superstructure with precast floor slabs, and a high-performance envelope finished in zinc standing-seam cladding. All four floors are serviced with underfloor heating, while levels 1–2 are fitted out as dedicated classrooms with coordinated MEP, acoustics and safeguarding details.

Delivery has been carefully sequenced to manage a six-month road closure, tight logistics and neighbour interfaces, maintaining programme certainty and safe operations in a dense urban context. The result is a durable, efficient and contemporary learning environment with full accessibility and low-maintenance finishes.
