This is a full design and build turnkey project, with our team responsible for delivering the complete construction package from concept through to final handover. The scope of works includes:

Demolition of the existing building on site.
Installation of a complete steel sheet pile cofferdam system to facilitate the construction of a basement level.
Construction of a steel structural frame and precast floor slabs.
All four floors are to be fitted with underfloor heating systems.
Floors 1 and 2 are designated for use as classrooms.
The building exterior will be clad in Zinc standing seam panels, providing a modern and durable finish.
A lift system serving all four floors will be installed.

Due to the extremely constrained site conditions, a full road closure has been implemented for the first six months of construction to facilitate safe and efficient operations. This project has been in the planning and design stages since 2019/2020, reflecting a significant commitment to quality, compliance, and coordination.

The Woodlands, Phase 1/2

Woodbourne Group Oldbury, West Midlands

Comprising of 20no 3 bed semi-detached houses, 2no one bed apartments and 9no two bed apartments, with associated, substructure works, vibro piling on both phases’ car parking and landscaping. Apartment building including Sedum green roof and paved terraced roof.
Complete with new Adoptable estate road footpaths, 104 Adoptable sewers (Foul and Storm)

Worcester Central Mosque

New build construction of a Mosque. The photo on the right-hand side shows Kufic script incorporated into the wall’s brickwork. Working on a flexible basis to provide construction support and guidance to the mosque committee. Work currently undertaken is installation of Foundations, Precast Ground floor beams, In-situ concrete intermediate floors, superstructure brickwork, Roof works, installation of curtain glazing windows

Raza Educational Centre

Aston Birmingham

New build construction of a Mosque, CFA piling 8.50m deep, create new prayer hall to accommodate 150-170 people, 5 number Classrooms, washing facilities, Ground/1st Floor all under Floor Heating system.

Construction of Two Luxury Detached Houses (Completed)

Hazelhurst Road

Combi Construction Worsley, Manchester

The project involved the construction of two high-end detached residential properties, each extending over four floors, including a fully excavated basement. Key features of this bespoke development included:

Basement Level: Each house includes a luxury basement comprising a private gymnasium and a state-of-the-art cinema room.
Ground Floor: The main living areas were designed with open-plan layouts, high ceilings, and large-format glazing to maximize natural light and provide seamless indoor-outdoor living.
First Floor: Accommodates multiple bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suits and family bathrooms, all finished to the highest specification.
Second Floor: Both houses has two additional bedrooms and a shower room, making full use of the available roof space while maintaining architectural harmony with the overall design.

Engineering & Environmental Considerations

A key technical challenge on this project was the diversion of a live stream running through the site. This required:

Environmental impact assessments and engagement with local authorities and environmental agencies, local authorities
Temporary works and flow diversion to facilitate safe excavation and construction.
Installation of a new permanent culvert and rerouted open channel, designed to maintain the natural flow and ecology of the watercourse while ensuring long-term structural and hydraulic integrity.
