Combi was engaged to deliver the full groundworks package for Beaufort Village, a high-end development comprising 32 executive detached homes. The project included the installation of adoptable drainage systems, new estate roads, and footpaths all constructed to meet stringent adoption standards.

By overseeing all phases of the works, Combi provided a streamlined and coordinated approach that supported the smooth delivery of the wider build programme. Our ability to directly manage plant, labour, and logistics onsite proved invaluable in maintaining pace and ensuring quality across the board.

Working in close collaboration with Silver Oak Housing and other stakeholders, we proactively navigated programme challenges and site constraints.

This project highlights our capability to take ownership of key infrastructure packages while supporting overall project delivery – a role we routinely undertake as principal contractor on complex residential schemes.
