Combi was appointed to deliver the full groundworks package for Carlton Close, a private development of seven executive detached homes with separate garages in Sutton Coldfield. Our scope included foundations, drainage installation, and all associated external works to prepare the site for vertical build.

Taking ownership from the outset, Combi coordinated all aspects of the enabling works to ensure a smooth and structured start to the programme. Our in-house teams managed plant, labour, and logistics efficiently, allowing the client to benefit from streamlined delivery and consistent progress on site.

Close collaboration with Vogue Holdings enabled proactive responses to design changes and site conditions, keeping the project aligned with client expectations. This project demonstrates Combi’s ability to lead and execute critical early-stage construction packages with precision — laying a reliable foundation for high-quality residential builds in premium locations.
