The apartment block features a sedum green roof and private terraces. Acting as lead contractor, we integrate technical, environmental and architectural requirements to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient homes from the ground up.

A 2-acre rural site progressed through development management with two planning pathways: 9 barn conversions or 15 new-build homes (including 5 affordable).
