Eachelhurst Road, Phase 1/2

Groundworks-only project: Phase 1 for 12 semi/detached homes, Phase 2 for 6 detached homes, including parking and access road infrastructure.

Combi was appointed to deliver the full groundworks package across two phases of this residential development in Sutton Coldfield for Vogue Holdings. Phase 1 comprised 12 semi-detached and detached homes, while Phase 2 included 6 detached units — each with associated private parking and access road infrastructure. Our works involved excavation, foundations, drainage, and external works, including the formation of new estate roads to support the build programme.

From initial mobilisation, Combi maintained full site control, managing logistics and sequencing to ensure timely handovers for the vertical construction phases. Close coordination with the client and design teams allowed for efficient resolution of site-level challenges, supporting programme continuity.

This project reflects Combi’s ability to lead groundworks delivery on multi-phase residential schemes — bringing structure, pace, and reliability to the early stages of high-value developments in premium suburban locations.
