Hazelhurst Road is a high-spec development comprising two four-storey luxury homes in Worsley, Manchester. Each property includes a fully excavated basement with a private gym and state-of-the-art cinema, as well as expansive living spaces designed for premium contemporary living. The build also made full use of the roof space, delivering additional bedrooms while maintaining a cohesive architectural aesthetic.

A major technical challenge involved the diversion of a live stream running through the site. Combi undertook the full management of environmental assessments, temporary works, and the installation of a new culvert and channel system—ensuring ecological balance and long-term infrastructure resilience.

By taking responsibility for both construction and complex engineering aspects, Combi delivered a seamless build programme from groundworks to completion. The project reflects our ability to manage technically demanding, high-value residential schemes while upholding the highest design and environmental standards.
