Residential development of 31 units with vibro piling, substructure works, car parking, landscaping, and adoptable roads and sewers.

Combi is delivering the full works for The Woodlands, a two-phase residential scheme in Oldbury comprising 31 units, including 20 threebedroom semi-detached homes, 2 one-bedroom apartments, and 9 two-bedroom apartments.

The development features vibro piling, substructure works, car parking, and landscaping across both phases. A key element of the scheme includes the construction of adoptable estate roads and footpaths, along with Section 104 compliant foul and stormwater sewers.

The apartment block also integrates a sedum green roof and private paved terrace, showcasing modern sustainability features. Combi’s in-house management of logistics, resources, and site coordination ensures programme efficiency and quality control across all elements. Acting as lead on-site, our structured approach allows for seamless integration of technical, environmental, and architectural requirements, reflecting our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality residential developments from the ground up. Completion is scheduled for June 2025.
